Sustainability

We love linen for more than its chic look; we love it for its kindness to our planet. Made from flax plants, it is a fast growing renewable resource and can be produced without damaging the environment. Our linen is OEKO-TEX® certified, which means that it has been rigorously tested to be free from toxic chemicals. 

Our cushion pads are made in the UK, and filled with beautiful British sheep wool sourced from farms all over the British Isles. Whilst we are obsessed with its luxury feel, it is the fibre’s eco-friendly nature that first caught our attention. Completely natural, 100% biodegradable and renewable, it was the kindest companion for our linen covers. The wool is lovingly encased in soft cotton. 

Our cushions are delivered in cardboard boxes; they are 100% recyclable and made from recycled paper. Our biodegradable gummed paper tape is also eco-friendly, strong and tamper proof. Our tissue paper is acid-free.
